#Canceleverything! Originally, we had two topics that we were going to do a deep dive on for the coming months. The first was the James Bond franchise and the anticipated release of Bond 25 "A Time to Die". The second was Disney's release of their live action take on "Mulan." However, both releases were postponed and as of this moment, the three major cinema chains in Canada have closed to follow the public health authorities direction of social distancing. In these unprecedented times, Sigi and Jezzie discuss the impact that COVID-19 has on pop culture. Later, they unpack how the fatalistic Filipino attitude of "Bahala Na" (aka whatever happens, happens) can help us find the silver lining in today's still world. Finally, the Halo Halo Pop Culture family would like to wish you all safe passage in all your travels. Ingat na!
