On this ep Jezzie discusses Filipino film, The Kingdom (2024), set in an alternate timeline where the Philippines was never colonized by Western powers and is a monarchy called Kalayaan. Further Jezzie discusses how the film made him think about how there is this emphasis to decolonize ourselves from Western Imperialism, and how there is an emphasis to have a clean break from colonialism.
